Thank you for booking an audition for BYTESized Productions Frozen Jr. Please complete the form below online now or at a later date and hit submit. The completed form will be emailed to you. Please print, attach a head shot photo (no need for a professional photo) and ensure the parent or guardian signs the form. Bring the form with you to your audition. Remember the auditions will be held at Wodonga Middle Years College, Felltimber Campus. Enter the car park from Hedgerow Court.

Please let us know if you have been cast in, or are intending to audition for, another show including school shows in the first half of this year

Have you done any classes in drama, singing, dance, or experience in other shows? If so please specify. Also include any special performing talents you may have eg acrobatics, juggling, musical instruments, gymnastics moves etc

Please note any known clashes you are going to have with rehearsals. Include things like school camps, family holidays or other events where you will be away. Rehearsals are Friday nights and Sunday afternoons, including during school holidays. Please note everyone must be available for additional evening rehearsals during show week (June 18 to June 21), two shows (11 am and 7pm) Friday June 23, two shows (2 pm and 7 pm) June 24 and one show (12 pm) June 25.

I acknowledge that during the auditions/rehearsals/production photographs and video may be taken of participants. I understand that they will be used solely by BYTESized Productions or Albury Wodonga Theatre Company for production and promotion as they see fit. I also understand that if my child is cast in the show, a show fee of $110 is payable. I give permission for the person named in this form to have video/photographs taken of them and used by BYTESized for production and promotion.
